Patrick

Patrick was named Controller for CAP3 in March 2024. Patrick recently relocated to Wilmington area from Randolph, New Jersey. He most recently provided consulting services for businesses considering business acquisition or sale options.

Previously Patrick was the Finance Manager (CFO) with Castrol (BP Lubricants) for North America based in Wayne, New Jersey. He also worked as CFO & VP, FPA in private equity at Cerberus with a portfolio company AerCap in Miami, Florida. Prior to that Patrick was with Honeywell in New Jersey, Switzerland, Belgium, and California, in various corporate and division roles as CFO, Controller and with the Corporate Audit team. Patrick is a CPA with audit experience from KPMG in Connecticut. Pat brings a global perspective and extensive finance and accounting experience to his role. Pat provided global financial leadership regarding business planning, economic analyses, strategic planning, cash flow forecasting and action planning.

Patrick earned his bachelor’s degree in commerce (business) with honors, majoring in accounting and management from the University College, Cork in Cork, Ireland. A US citizen, Pat lived in Ireland for several years when his parents and family moved there from New York. Pat is married to Caroline (an Irish native) with a son Brian and a daughter Lauren.
