Staff Accountant | NC Becca is originally from the DC/Maryland area but moved to Wilmington to attend UNCW and study film production. She discovered a passion for accounting at the last production company she worked for and is now pursuing that career at CAP3. She is currently an MBA candidate at UNC-Pembroke. When she’s not studying, she loves traveling, going on outdoor adventures, and watching movies.

Staff Accountant | NC Bailey is from Gastonia and moved to the beach to study at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2014. She received her B.S. in Accounting in 2018. Outside of work, she can be found at the dog park, running all over Wilmington, or binging Netflix.

Staff Accountant | NC Krissy is an NC native that has never strayed too far from the beach. She received her B.S. in Accounting from North Carolina State University in 2020. Outside of work, Krissy enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with her dog.

Controller | NC Chelsi was born in Kansas. She received her BS in Accounting and Business Administration from Pfeiffer University. Chelsi is a Certified Public Accountant with more than seven years of experience in public accounting. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working on house projects, fishing along the NC coast or simply enjoying time outside.

Controller | NC Olivia is a Certified Public Accountant with a background in tax and tax planning. She received both her Undergraduate and Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Olivia is from Whiteville, NC, but has called Wilmington home since college. When not at work, you can find her outdoors, most likely on a boat or a sandbar with her husband and two black labs, Muck and Millie.

Controller | NC Angie is originally from St. Louis and spent 7 years in San Diego before moving to Wilmington in 2015. Angie obtained a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Missouri - St. Louis in 2003 and shortly thereafter earned her Missouri CPA license (currently inactive). Angie's wide range of experience includes public accounting audit positions and industry accounting roles in the biotech and renewable energy industries. In her free time, you can find Angie practicing yoga, playing with her 2 dogs on the beach, or simply enjoying time with her husband.

CFO | NC Shannon is originally from the Eastern Shore of Maryland and moved to North Carolina in 2019. She received her BS in Accounting, Finance, and Agriculture Resource Economics from the University of Maryland. During her free time, Shannon enjoys walking the beach with her family, spending time with friends at the pool, and traveling.

COO + Controller | NC Nicole was born in Maine. She received her undergraduate from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and Master's from the University of Phoenix. Nicole currently resides in Wilmington, NC with her son and their three dogs. When not at work, you can find her relaxing on the beach, catching the latest Steelers football games, and spending time with her family.  

Financial Analyst | NC Taryn has lived in Wilmington since she was 5 years old. She received her Undergraduate degree from Campbell University and her Master’s in Business Administration from Liberty University. When not at work, she enjoys spending family time with her husband and three children.

CEO + CFO | NC Adam is a Wilmington native with deep roots in southeastern NC. He is active in his local church and loves spending time with his wife and two daughters. He is an avid learner who loves nothing more than digging into businesses to make incremental improvements that compound into drastic impact. Eileen brings with her a rich operational history working in both for-profit and non-profit industries. Prior to joining the CAP3 team, Eileen worked as an Operational Leader in industries ranging from Solar and Wind Energy to Film Production. She began her career in Finance and Administration working for Coverbind Corporation, a manufacturer of office products, where in her 26 year tenure she progressed from a Bookkeeper to Controller, CFO, and ultimately the Chief Operating Officer. Partner | MI Lynn is a Michigan native who received her Accounting Degree from Alma College and still lives in Michigan with her husband, Sean, and their two children. She has nearly 25 years of accounting and business experience to assist her clients in making their business dreams a reality. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to rock concerts, and traveling.

Partner | MI Yuliana is an accountant who brings with her nearly 13 years of diverse accounting and business experience. Away from the numbers she is a busy mom of two rambunctious boys. Yuliana loves to work out, cook and is interested in home remodeling and design. She lives in metro-Detroit, but if you listen carefully, there's still a hint of Bulgarian accent from where she was born. When corresponding with her you'll get plenty of personality that you wouldn't find at a normal accounting firm, but CAP3 isn't your normal accounting.
