It is our belief that any organization needs 3 critical components if it hopes to accomplish its objectives. Successful organizations need fuel that feeds the engine, a destination or waypoint to provide direction, and finally a set of guard rails to keep the organization on track.
At CAP3, these critical components are referred to as our Mission, Vision, and Values.

Our Mission is the fuel that feeds our engine. It is what drives us. Our Mission is why we show up every day and fight hard to live out what we believe we are called to. Our Mission is what gets us through the tough days. It is what causes us to persevere through challenges and makes the good days that much sweeter.
At CAP3, we have a burning desire to see business owners be successful in all areas of their lives.
The Vision of CAP3
We Will Improve the Lives of 100 Business Owners by the End of 2026 (mid-term)
We Will Be a World-Class Provider of Primary Back-Office Business Services to Organizations Across the Country (long-term)
Our Vision is what provides direction to our organization. Without having a destination or target, it is impossible to know if the organization is on track. When a properly crafted Vision is meaningful, it becomes a filter through which every decision of the organization can be vetted. There are many choices organizations face daily, and it requires extreme discipline and discernment to know whether that choice gets the organization closer to or farther from the destination.
CAP3 has a two-part Vision. We have a mid-term Vision that serves as a waypoint along the path to accomplishing our true calling which is our long-term Vision.
The Core Values of CAP3
We all have a set of guiding principles that help govern our lives. For some of us, these are conscious decisions or intentional choices, and for others these are automatic and simply an expression of who we are on the inside.
We believe that healthy organizations are ones that intentionally choose a set of guiding principles that they desire will describe the way in which the organization operates, then causes those chosen principles to become so engrained into the very fabric of the company, that they simply become an expression of who that organization is at its core.
CAP3 has a set of principles or Values we have chosen that we desire to be a way in which the world (our clients and our team) can describe us. We are on the path of and remain committed to these Values to permeating through our organization and being expressed in every interaction with each other and the marketplace.
Our commitment to our values drives everything we do. We are committed to building strong, long-lasting relationships based on belief, service, positivity, commitment, accountability, growth, and impact.
At CAP3, we strive to deliver on each one of these values for our clients and our team every day.
We Believe (Belief)
We have an undeniable conviction that what we do matters.
Days can be hard. Jobs can be difficult. There are good days and days that don’t go as planned.
There are challenges and obstacles along the way. Our belief that what we do matters is what enables us to press on.
If not us, then who?
We Serve (Service)
We prefer others, and we refuse to let our pride get in the way of our progress.
So often in life, we can fall victim to our preferences. Our very nature is ego-centric and so for many of us, it takes intentionality and discipline to create an attitude of “preferring others”.
That said, we strongly believe it is a crucial part of building a world-class organizational culture. We should strive for ways to out-honor and out-serve one another each day.
One of the ways scripture addresses this is found in Paul’s letter to the church in Philippi - he writes “Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.” Philippians 2:3-4
We are Positive (Positivity)
We don't complain, and we don't tear down, we are solution focused humans that build each other up.
Being positive when things are going well is easy. Walking through challenges while choosing to be solution focused in our thinking and positive in our speech requires determination. We understand this is uncommon, and yet believe it is critical to building a world-class organizational culture.
Scripture says it this way “Let everything you say be good and helpful, so that your words will be an encouragement to those who hear them.” Ephesians 4:29b
We are Committed (Commitment)
We do whatever it takes – Every Time.
Running a small business is hard. Our clients and our coworkers rely on us each and every day. The unexpected is to be expected and we will be faced with urgent needs from time to time.
As an organization with the mission of improving the lives of business owners, we carry the weight of that responsibility, and we will not let them down.
The work we do is critical to our clients’ success and we must not allow anything to stop us from delivering the results they deserve.
We are Accountable (Accountability)
We never give excuses – We always take ownership.
Mistakes are unavoidable. We are going to mess up and we are going to fall short. It’s not the absence of mistakes that demonstrates the true character of an individual or an organization. Rather, it’s what happens after the mistake. Being Accountable means we own our mistakes, we learn from them, and we make it right.
We are committed to accountability, both to our clients and to ourselves. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of integrity and ethics, and we are dedicated to delivering on our promises.
We Grow (Growth)
We strive to learn more and be more every day.
We can never be done learning. We can never stop improving. It’s in the fiber of who we are to continually chase getting better every day.
