Everything we do and all the advice we give is in the best interest of the companies we serve, even if it is unpopular with the business owner, manager, or employees.

Respect Everyone: We are open to ideas from all team members and we cultivate a culture of respect where everyone’s contributions and opinions matter. Gossip and complaining are not tolerated. Disagreements are encouraged as they show passion and engagement, but they are handled in a respectful and productive manner.
Give and Receive Feedback: We have an environment of open and honest communication, where feedback (both positive and negative) is actively given and received. The team supports each other and congratulates individual successes, while problems are discussed in a non-defensive manner and mutual resolutions are found.
