Adam

Adam is a Wilmington native with deep roots in southeastern NC. He is active in his local church and loves spending time with his wife and two daughters. He is an avid learner who loves nothing more than digging into businesses to make incremental improvements that compound into drastic impact. Adam completed his B.S. in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and his MBA in Finance from the University of Arkansas and was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honor Society. He has been featured in multiple publications and spent the better part of two decades running a world-class organization that was an "Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Company" and considered one of "Inc. Magazine Best Places to Work". He brings his broad experience in finance, operations, manufacturing, and people management to CAP3 in an effort to make a measurable difference for our clients.
