CAP3:Proclaim Earns Regional Honors With CHPRMS Award

These efforts were recognized when we earned the Golden Tusk Award from the Carolinas Healthcare and Marketing Society (CHPRMS) for our internal communications campaign for Hedgehog Healthcare Associates, an organization that owns and manages skilled nursing, memory care and assisted living communities.
Since its inception in 1973, CHPRMS has grown to be one of the largest affiliated societies in the United States. It’s composed of healthcare organizations and marketing professionals from across the Carolinas. These awards are given to the best of the best, including competitors from large university medical centers and smaller medical practices.

Introducing LESTER, The Hedgehog Mascot for Hedgehog Healthcare Associates
We won this award for the LESTER values campaign. This was a marketing program we used to help one of our clients announce an internal marketing initiative geared toward employee recognition. We created a mascot with a name that was an acronym–each letter represented one of the values our client wanted to emphasize.
LESTER was very popular with employees, who fully embraced the mascot and the values.
